Police seek third man in Baltimore County killing
Baltimore County police said yesterday that they are seeking a third man in a fatal shooting this month in Woodlawn. Police said they have an arrest warrant for Quinzell Tyrell Covington, 22, of the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Ave. in Baltimore, who is wanted in the death of Cletus R. Gittens, 25. Two Baltimore men have been charged with murder in Gittens' death: Xavier Antonio Hall, 21, of the 2100 block of Orleans St. and Timothy Bean, 25, of the 2800 block of Ellicott Drive. Bean and Gittens were found wounded Nov. 3 by police responding to a report of gunshots in the 7100 block of Security Blvd. Gittens, of the 1900 block of Greengage Road in Woodlawn, was pronounced dead at Northwest Hospital Center. Bean was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment and was arrested after he was released, police said. Bean and Hall are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
